What’s the Story Map?
It’s my framework for pulling out the story that actually matters. In 45 minutes we map your core message and decide if it should be told as a documentary (real voices, real moments) or as a narrative (scripted, conceptual).
How long does a project take?
From Story Map to final cut: usually 2–4 weeks, depending on scope. Portrait Sessions are faster: around 5 days.
What if I have a tight deadline?
Tell me your date. If I can deliver, I’ll commit. If not, I’ll say so.
What if I'm unclear on my story?
That’s normal. The Story Map is designed for people who feel a bit foggy. By the end, you’ll know exactly what your film should be.
Is this only for brands?
No. I also work with artists, studios, collectives, and cultural projects. Anyone with a story worth telling.
Revisions?
For films: one major narrative change after the rough cut.
For portraits: 12 retouched images included (more on request).
Payment terms?
Portrait Session: 100% to book
Origin Story: 50/50 (book/rough cut)
Director’s Cut: 40/40/20 (book/after shoot/final)
